Road Closure- Use alternate entrance

Mines of Spain Road will continue to be closed at the railroad crossing (south of Mar Jo Hills Road) for crossing repair until 5 PM Monday, 9/19. Motorists should use an alternate route. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours. If you have questions regarding this closure/detour, please contact the City of Dubuque Engineering Department at 563-589-4270.
